What does a Mystery Shopper do?
You will conduct visits in stores, restaurants or hotels, or you will conduct calls to customer experience departments, sales departments, etc.
You will pretend you are a normal customer but in the mean time, you will be taking all the necessary information to complete a survey about your experience.
